Inviting agents to Shilo is simple and can be done individually or in bulk. Follow the steps below to get your team started.

Steps to Invite Agents
1. Access the Settings
Click the gear icon on the left-hand menu to open Settings.
Navigate to the Users tab.
2. View Invites
In the Users section, you’ll see:
Accepted Invites: Agents who have successfully joined Shilo.
Pending Invites: Agents who have not yet accepted the invite.
3. Bulk Invite Agents
To invite multiple agents at once:
Click Select All Agents on the right-hand side.
Click Bulk Invite to send invitations to all selected agents.
4. Invite Individual Agents
To invite a specific team member:
Search for the agent by name in the Users section.
Ensure their role is set to Member Access.
Click Save to send the invite.

Pending Invites: Monitor pending invites to ensure all agents have joined successfully.
Bulk Invites: Use this option for efficient onboarding of multiple agents.
Member Access: Verify the correct access level for each agent before saving.
