Navigating to Integrations:

  • Go to Admin at the top of Follow-Up Boss.

  • Select More from the drop-down menu and click Integrations.

Enabling Shilo Integration:

  • Scroll down to find Shilo and click on it.

  • Hit Enable to activate the integration.

Positioning the Integration:

  • Initially, the Shilo integration will appear at the bottom.

  • Move it to the top to ensure visibility and ease of use for agents.
