Step-by-Step Guide ๐
1. Log In as an Admin or Owner ๐ก๏ธ
Make sure you're logged into Follow Up Boss with an admin or owner account. This gives you access to all the calls across your entire organization! ๐
2. Navigate to the Reporting Section ๐
Click on the ๐ช "Reporting" tab in the main menu. Easy peasy! ๐
3. Go to the Calls Report ๐
Within the Reporting section, select "Calls". You're on fire! ๐ฅ
4. Adjust the Filters ๐
In the top right corner, you'll see two drop-down menus:
Set the first drop-down to "Everyone" ๐ฅ
Change the second drop-down to "Last 30 Days" ๐ (instead of "This Month") to get a full month's snapshot.
5. Find Your Total Talk Time โฑ๏ธ
Right at the top, you'll see "Total Talk Time". That's your golden number! โจ
6. Match Your Talk Time to Shilo Tiers ๐
Use your Total Talk Time to determine your tier in Shilo based on your usage. Level up! ๐
