  • After integration, move the Shilo app from the bottom to the top for easy access by agents.

Viewing Call Logs and Coaching Feedback:

  • Access contact matches and call logs within the Shilo app.

  • View summaries, top moments, and potential improvements for each call.

  • Scroll down to select the View in Shilo option to access detailed AI coaching.
