Shilo’s Saved Searches feature in the Agents section enables users to track agent performance efficiently by filtering and saving specific search criteria. This feature is particularly useful for managing large teams and identifying top performers or areas for improvement.

Best Practices for Save Searches: Agents



1. Accessing the Agents Section and Setting Filters

  • Navigate to the Agents section in Shilo.

  • Similar to the Calls section, users can apply filters and save searches for easy access.

  • Decide the type of agent data you want to track (e.g., ISAs, top performers, low-rated agents).

2. Creating a Custom Filter

  • Clear any existing filters to start fresh.

  • Set the desired time frame (e.g., last 30 days).

  • Choose call volume criteria (e.g., filter for agents with 20 to 200+ calls).

  • Select call rating criteria (e.g., 3-star ratings and above for top-performing agents).

  • Specify the lead source (e.g., Zillow Flex).

  • Click Apply to generate the filtered agent data.

3. Saving the Filtered Search

  • Once the desired filters are applied, click Save Search.

  • Enter a descriptive name for the search (e.g., Best of Zillow).

  • Click Confirm to save the search.

The saved search will now appear under the Saved Searches section for future reference.

4. Using Saved Searches for Quick Agent Analysis

  • Users can create multiple saved searches to track different agent categories (e.g., ISAs, top performers, underperformers).

  • Selecting a saved search provides instant access to relevant agent performance data.

  • Users can further drill down into an agent’s individual performance by selecting an agent and clicking on Shilo’s Insights.

✔ Name saved searches clearly and consistently for quick identification.
