When your team adds you to Shilo, you should receive an invitation by email. Use that invite to finish setting up your account and create your password.
Accept your invite
Open the invitation email from Shilo.
Select the invite link in the email.
Follow the prompts to create a password for your Shilo account.
After your password is created, go to app.shilo.ai.
Sign in with your email address and new password.
If you do not see the invite email
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
Make sure you are checking the email address your team used for Shilo.
If your team recently changed your sign-in email, use the most recent invite.
If you still cannot find the invite, contact your manager or Shilo support so they can help resend or complete the invite process.
