Accept Your Invite and Sign In to Shilo

Learn how to accept your Shilo invite, create your password, sign in at app.shilo.ai, and troubleshoot common access issues.

You need to be invited by your team before you can sign in to Shilo. Once you accept the invite and create your password, you can access Shilo from your browser at app.shilo.ai.

Before you sign in

Every user needs a Shilo invite from an Admin, Owner, or someone on your leadership team.

If you try to sign in before you have been invited, you may see an error. If this happens, contact your manager or admin and ask them to send you a Shilo invite.

Accept your Shilo invite

  1. Open the invitation email from Shilo.

  2. Select the invite link in the email.

  3. Follow the prompts to create your password.

  4. After your password is created, go to app.shilo.ai.

  5. Sign in with your email address and new password.

The invitation email may come from a noreply@ email address and may include a subject like Shilo Cloudflare Access or something similar. You may need to look in your Spam or Promotions folder!

Sign in after your password is created

After you have created your password, you can sign in directly from your browser.

  1. Open your web browser.

  2. Go to app.shilo.ai.

  3. Enter your email address.

  4. Enter your password.

  5. Click Sign In.

Once you are logged in, Shilo may keep you signed in on that browser unless you log out.

Access Shilo from Follow Up Boss

If your team uses Follow Up Boss and your account is connected, you may also be able to access Shilo from inside Follow Up Boss.

  1. Open Follow Up Boss.

  2. Locate the Shilo widget.

  3. Select Open in Shilo or View in Shilo.

  4. Shilo will open in your browser.

If you are already signed in, this should bring you into Shilo. If you are not signed in yet, you may be prompted to log in first.

If you cannot find your invite

If you do not see the invitation email:

  • Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

  • Make sure you are checking the email address your team used for Shilo.

  • If your team recently changed your sign-in email, use the most recent invite.

  • Ask your manager or admin to resend the invite if needed.

If you forgot your password

If you already created a password but cannot remember it:

  1. Go to app.shilo.ai.

  2. Select Forgot password.

  3. Follow the prompts to create a new password.

  4. Return to app.shilo.ai and sign in again.

If you still cannot access Shilo

If your invite or password reset does not work, contact your manager, admin, or Shilo support.
