How to Invite/Add Users to Shilo

You can invite new users to Shilo directly from the Settings area. From here, you’ll be able to select users from your CRM, assign roles, and send them an invitation to join the platform.

Navigate to the Invite Section

  1. Go to Settings in Shilo.

  2. Click Users.

  3. Open the Invite tab.

This tab will display a list of email addresses pulled from your connected CRM.


Select Users and Assign Roles

  1. Select the user or users you want to invite.

  2. Assign each user a role:

    • Admin: Has access to all users’ calls and full system visibility.

    • Member: Can only view their own calls.


Send Invitations

  1. Click Invite after selecting users and setting roles.

  2. Click Send Invite to finalize.

Each invited user will receive an email prompting them to create a password and complete their account setup.


What if their name isn't appearing in Shilo? How do I Add them?

  • Ensure they are added into your CRM! We pull directly from your CRM, so if they're not there...they won't be here either! Start there and come back to invite once completed
