Overview
You can sign into Shilo directly through your web browser using your email and password. If your team uses Follow Up Boss (FUB) as your CRM, you may also access Shilo directly from within FUB using the built-in widget.
Sign In to Shilo (Direct Login)
Open your web browser.
Go to: https://app.shilo.ai
Enter your email address.
Enter your password.
Click Sign In.
Once logged in, you will be taken to the Shilo home page.
Important: You need to be invited to Shilo in order to sign in!
Your leadership team sends an invite to your e-mail address.
Click the link within the e-mail.

save Shilo to your browser.
Find Shilo via Follow Up Boss (FUB)
If your account is connected to Follow Up Boss, you can also access Shilo directly from your CRM:
Open Follow Up Boss.
Locate the “View in Shilo” widget.
Click it.
This will automatically redirect you into Shilo and bring you to your home page (if you are already authenticated, or prompt you to log in if needed).
FAQ
I didn't get an invitation: Reach out to your management to send one out to you!
My management sent an invitation and I can't find it: Check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it's not there, reach out to [email protected]!
