Every user needs to be invited to Shilo by an Admin or Owner. When you're invited you will receive and email from a noreply@ email address with the subject "Shilo Cloudflare Access" or similar. Sometimes it falls into promotions or Junk! Click on the link inside the email and it will bring you to the login page to create a password! Once you've created your password it will stay logged in on your browser unless you log out.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: If you haven't been invited and try to log in or sign up, you will be given an error. Contact your management to get invited!
If you're logged out but have previously created a password
- Go to app.shilo.ai and enter your email address and password.If you've created a password and forgotten it - go to app.shilo.ai and use the "forgot password" link to create a new one.
If that doesn't work - email [email protected] and we will assist in getting you logged in!
