🔹How do I cancel my Shilo service?

  • If you would like to cancel your Shilo service, contact your CSM and we will involve Justin, our CEO, who will guide you through the cancellation process. Once your request is submitted, Justin will take over and ensure everything is handled smoothly.

  • We will also follow up within 2 business days to update you on the status of your cancellation.
