No more sifting through individual reports—Shilo Insights now works at the Org Level!

    Instantly analyze call data across your entire team to spot top moments, coaching opportunities, and performance trends.

  • Smarter, Data-Driven Coaching
    Heading into a team meeting? Use Shilo Insights to scan thousands of calls in seconds, surfacing key takeaways to guide conversations, set goals, and drive improvement.

  • Saved Searches for Targeted Analysis
    Filter and analyze specific groups—like Zillow Flex agents—by pulling in call data from the last 30 days, giving you real-time insights without the manual work.

How to Get Started? 🛠️

  • 1️⃣ Go to “Settings” in your Shilo dashboard.

  • 2️⃣ Select a saved search or filter calls by agent, source, or date.

  • 3️⃣ Click Shilo Insights—Shilo will instantly analyze and surface key takeaways for you.

That’s it! What used to take days of manual analysis now happens in seconds.

💡 Billing Changes Going Into Effect

What You Need to Know & Why 🎯

1️⃣ Auto-Scale to the Next Plan (Preferred)
Ensure uninterrupted service by automatically scaling up to the next tier if you exceed your monthly hours. OFF by Default

2️⃣ Stay on Your Current Plan (Not Ideal)
Keep your current plan and get capped. Shilo will pause call processing once you reach your limit and resume at the start of your next billing cycle. Please remember that any calls during this pause will NOT be recorded or retrievable.

Set a Success Call w/ your Shilo team member and get insights on how other organizations are using new features and creating best practices
