Hey, Shilo community! 🎉 We’ve got an exciting new feature rolling out to help you stay compliant with the latest TCPA regulations that go into effect on Monday (01/27/25)! 🗓️ Managing communication preferences just got a whole lot easier—and smarter! Let’s break it down for you:
⚡ Automated Do-Not-Call Handling
🚫💬 We know how easy it is to forget to update your CRM after someone requests not to be contacted during a live phone call. A slip-up like that can result in hefty fines 💸—but don’t worry, Shilo has your back!
Here’s what’s new:
1️⃣ Automatic Flagging:
Shilo now automatically listens for requests like:
“Please don’t call me anymore,”
“Take me off your list,” or
“No more communication, thanks.”When this happens, Shilo will immediately flag it in the Calls Tab with a new outcome: Do Not Call. 🚩
2️⃣ CRM Integration:
Shilo will automatically:
✅ Add a detailed note to the contact’s CRM record (e.g., Follow Up Boss, etc.) 📝
✅ Apply a Shilo Do Not Call Request tag.
🔧 Automate Your Compliance Workflow
Here’s where it gets really powerful:
💡 With the new Shilo Do Not Call Request tag, you can create automations in your CRM to:
Remove call access for the contact.
Assign them to a Do Not Call review pond for team leaders or sales managers to verify.
This ensures every request is properly handled—no manual updates, no worries! 🙌
🌟 Why This Matters
TCPA compliance doesn’t just protect your business from fines—it builds trust with your prospects and clients. 🤝 By automating this process, Shilo helps you stay compliant, save time ⏱️, and maintain a professional, respectful communication approach.
🚀 Ready to Go, Right Now!
This feature is live and ready for you to use today! 🥳 Head to the Calls Tab to explore it now.
