If you are new to Shilo or do not have any calls available yet, you may still be able to practice Role Play. Your team may have saved calls for you in the Team Library.
Find a saved practice call
1. Open the Role Play section in the left navigation.
2. Select Team Library.
3. Open the folder your team or manager created.
4. Choose the call you want to practice.
5. Click Roleplay at the bottom of the call.
Review the call before you start
After you open the role play, you can review the call details before practicing.
You can:
- Review the coaching notes.
- Read the transcript.
- Listen to the recording from the player at the bottom.
Start practicing
When you are ready, click Start Roleplay to begin practicing the conversation.
If the Team Library is empty
If you do not see any folders or saved calls in the Team Library, reach out to your manager. They can confirm whether practice calls have been saved for your team.
