Use Role Play to practice real Shilo calls on your own. You can start from any analyzed call, from Role Play scenarios, or from your team's saved folders.
Start from a call
1. Open the Calls tab.
2. Select the call you want to practice.
3. In the top right corner of the call page, click Role Play.
4. Shilo opens the role play so you can begin practicing.
Start from a scenario
1. Open the Role Play section in the left navigation.
2. Select Scenarios.
3. Choose an available call.
4. Click Role Play at the bottom of the screen.
Start from the Team Library
1. Open Role Play.
2. Go to Team Library.
3. Select the folder your team created.
4. Open the call you want to practice.
5. Click Role Play to start.
Tips
- Every analyzed call can be used for role play.
- Use Team Library when your manager has saved calls for your team to practice.
- If you do not see the call you need, check the Calls tab or ask your manager where it was saved.
