Open Shilo Insights
Go to the Insights tab in the left-hand navigation.
Click Shilo Insights.
Once opened, the system will load your performance insights.
Review Insights Data
Inside Shilo Insights, you’ll see:
Top Moments: Key highlights from calls
Top Improvements: Areas where performance can be improved
Suggested Scenarios: Recommended role play opportunities based on your calls
Add Insights to a Role play Folder
You can turn insights directly into training content:
Locate the Suggested Scenarios section.
Select the scenarios you want to use.
Choose the appropriate Role play folder (e.g., Recruiting, Sales, ISA).
Click Save to add them.
Use Case
This workflow is especially useful for ongoing training because it allows you to continuously convert real call performance into structured role play exercises without manual setup.
Notes
Filtering in Insights will change what data and suggestions appear.
Use this to your advantage to fill other folders with ease! EG: Filter to see the top objection - pull insights - add suggestions to a folder!
Saving insights into folders helps keep your Team Library updated with relevant, real-world examples.
This is a fast way to build training content directly from actual performance data.
