Roleplay training is critical for agent development, but new agents often lack calls to practice with. The Team Library feature creates a shared repository of curated calls anyone on your team can access for roleplay practice, enhancing onboarding and ongoing skill-building.

How to Use the Team Library for Roleplay

Step 1: Access the Roleplay Section

Navigate to the Roleplay tab in Shilo. You’ll now see a new sub-tab called Team Library.

Step 2: Explore the Team Library

  • The Team Library contains calls added by your team admins and owners.

  • Any agent with a Shilo login (not just admins) can access these calls to roleplay different scenarios.

  • Use filters to search by course, stage, objection, or other call attributes—just like in the regular Calls or Insights sections.

Step 3: Add Calls to the Team Library

To add a call for the team to roleplay:

  • Go to the Calls tab and select an individual call you want to share.

  • Click “Add to Roleplay Team Library” on the call view.

  • Confirm your choice when prompted.

Step 4: Use Shared Calls for Roleplay

  • Once added, calls appear in the Team Library tab for all agents to select and practice.

  • Agents can roleplay using the original call summary, lead source, coaching feedback, and call context.

  • This creates consistent training opportunities based on real, curated conversations.
