Stage management in Shilo integrations provides a structured approach to utilizing the three AI call models: Sales, Customer Service, and Recruiting. By assigning the right model to each stage, you ensure optimized call performance, tailored feedback, and measurable progress across various stages of your sales, service, and recruiting processes.

Steps to Access the Models

Follow these steps to navigate and select the desired call analyzing model:

  1. Navigate to Settings: Click on the gear icon to access Settings.

  2. Go to Integrations: Select "Integrations" and then "Manage Settings."

  3. Select a Model: Use the dropdown menu under "Stage Model" to view and select the preferred model.

Sales Model

The Sales model focuses on evaluating leads during the sales process. It assesses calls using key metrics:

  • Agent Confidence: Measures how effectively the agent conveys expertise and builds trust.

Customer Service Model
