How to Manage Stages 👂
Steps to Manage Stages
1. Access Settings
On the left-hand menu, click the gear icon to access Settings.
2. Navigate to Integrations
In the Settings menu, click on Integrations.
Under Integrations, select Manage Stages.
3. Review Stage Models
On the right, you'll see the available stage models:
Sales
Customer Service
Recruiting
Choose the stage model you want to customize.
4. Customize Listening Stages
Under the selected stage model, check the boxes next to the stages you want Shilo to transcribe and monitor.
If a stage is unchecked, Shilo will not listen to it.
To quickly enable all stages, click Select All Stages.
5. Save Your Changes
Once you’ve made your selections, click Save to apply your changes.

Ensuring the correct stages are selected is critical for accurate call transcribing.
Use the "Select All Stages" option for quick setup if multiple stages need to be monitored.
