This guides users through the process of configuring call duration preferences in Shilo.ai. Properly setting these parameters ensures that only relevant calls are transcribed and analyzed, optimizing resource use and enhancing the quality of insights.

Setting Up Call Duration Preferences ⌛️


  1. Navigate to Settings: Click on the gear icon on the left to go to the Settings tab.

  2. Go to Integrations: Select "Integrations" and then go to "Preferences."

  3. Edit Call Duration Preferences:

    • Click on "Edit" to adjust call duration settings.

    • Set the minimum call duration (recommended at least 30 seconds to include voicemails).

    • Set the maximum call duration based on your preference (longer durations are recommended for comprehensive call analysis).

  4. Save Changes:

    • Once the desired call duration preferences are set, click "Save."

    • Note: Calls outside the set parameters will not be transcribed by Shilo.
