Managing users is essential to keeping your Shilo account organized. Whether someone leaves your team or no longer needs access, deleting users ensures a smooth workflow. It's important to notate that our word for "DELETE" is "SUSPEND"
When you "Suspend" a user, they no longer have access to sign in to Shilo.
Suspending Users from Shilo 👇
Navigate to Settings
Click on the gear icon on the left-hand side to go to the Settings tab.
Go to Users
Select "Users" to view the list of users.
Select User to Suspend
Choose the user you want to delete from the list.
Suspend User
Click on the three dots on the right of the selected user.
Click "Suspend"
Confirm the Deletion by clicking "Suspend" again in the prompt.
