Within the dashboard you can execute a number of adjustments to view your teams call performance quickly. You can...

  • 📈 Compare Progress Statistics against one another. Viewing this within a graph overtime to see their correlation

    • Call Rating

    • Filler Word

    • Talk to Listen Ratio

    • Questions Asked

    • Monologues

    • # of Calls Completed

  • 📊 Filters to view your team's performance in a much more detailed way. Such filters as...

    • Timeframe- view yesterdays calls, last weeks, months etc as you need

    • Call Duration

    • Inbound vs Outbound calls

    • Stage- the Contact is in within your CRM. ie nurture, appointment set

    • Lead Source- View calls only within Lead Sources you choose to view

    • CRM Groups- The groups within your CRM where you manage agents and lead flow

    • CRM Teams- Similar to groups, but can view certain teams within your CRM.

  • Click specifically into Call Records and Agent Call reviews
