You can start Role Play in Shilo from a call you already made, from a scenario, or from a call saved in your Team Library.
Start Role Play from a call
Open Shilo.
Go to the call you want to practice from.
Open the call page.
Select Role Play in the top right corner.
Shilo will open Role Play so you can practice that conversation.
Start Role Play from the Role Play section
Open the Role Play section in Shilo.
Go to Scenarios.
Choose the scenario you want to practice.
Select Role Play to begin.
Start Role Play from the Team Library
Your Team Library may include calls your team has saved for practice. To use one:
Open the Role Play section.
Go to Team Library.
Select the call or example you want to practice.
Select Role Play to start.
Use whichever starting point fits what you want to practice: a real call, a scenario, or a shared team example.
