Shilo Main Navigation Overview

This article walks through the main navigation in Shilo so you can quickly understand where everything lives and what each section is used for.

Left-Hand Navigation Bar

All primary navigation in Shilo is located on the left-hand side of the platform. This is where you’ll access core areas like calls, insights, role plays, contacts, and settings.

You will also see a toggle for dark mode and notifications.


Home (Dashboard Widgets)

Your homepage is a dashboard made up of widgets that provide an overview of your data.

  • Admins can view all team activity and calls

  • Members can only view their own activity and calls

You’ll also see a feed of recent activity across the team, giving you a quick snapshot of what’s happening.


Calls Tab

The Calls tab contains all of your individual calls.

  • Calls are listed in chronological order

  • The most recent call appears at the top

  • You can click into any call to view detailed information and analysis


Role play Tab

The Role play section is where you can practice and review training scenarios.

Inside this tab, you’ll find:

  • Available role play scenarios you can choose from

  • A list of completed role plays

  • A team library of shared calls and examples

This area is commonly used for training and skill development.


Insights Tab

The Insights tab provides performance analytics.

  • For agents: shows your individual performance overview

  • For admins: shows team-wide performance and additional widgets across all users

This is typically the most used area for tracking progress and improvement.


Contacts Tab

The Contacts section allows you to review performance and activity at the contact level.

  • Search or select a specific contact

  • View call history and engagement with that contact

  • Understand how interactions with that contact are performing over time


Settings

The Settings tab is where you manage system configuration such as integrations, users, and platform behavior.


Notes

  • Admin and Member roles impact what data you can see in Home, Calls, and Insights.

  • Navigation layout may vary slightly depending on your account configuration.
