Steps to Navigate the Shilo Home Screen

1. Log In to Shilo

  • After logging in, you will be directed to the Home Screen, the central hub for Shilo’s key features and metrics.

2. Call Rating Section

  • Located on the top left, this section displays call ratings based on search parameters.

  • To customize:

    • Use the filters to select parameters like call duration (e.g., 2-10 minutes).

    • Click Apply, and the data will auto-populate accordingly.

3. Metrics Overview

  • On the top right, see numerical metrics related to key call performance topics graded by Shilo.


4. Call Summary Section

  • Provides a graph view of call data based on the selected search features.

  • Includes:

    • Bottom Average Ratings: Displays calls with the lowest ratings.

    • Top Average Ratings: Highlights calls with the highest ratings.

5. Recent Calls

  • Below the metrics section, view a list of the most recent calls in real-time.

6. Help Desk Feature

  • Located in the bottom right corner, the Help Desk provides:

    • Guides, tutorials, and troubleshooting resources.

    • Access to real-time support from Shilo’s team.

  • Use this for assistance with any features or issues.
