  1. Navigate to Settings

    • Click on the gear icon on the left to go to the Settings tab.

  2. Go to Users

    • Select "Users" to view the list of users and their roles.

  3. View Roles

    • In the "Users" section, you can see agents with accepted invites, pending invites, and the bulk invite option.

    • Members typically have access to their own data only.

    • Admins have access to view all agents within the organization, suitable for team leads and sales managers.

  4. Change Role

    • On the right side of each user, click on "Change Role."

  • Select the desired role (Member or Admin) from the dropdown menu.

  • Click "Change Role" to apply the new role.
