How to Manually Upload Call Recordings Into Shilo

Learn how to manually upload calls directly to Shilo for analyzation and review inside the calls page!

If you are not connected directly to a CRM or have calls made outside of your connected CRM - you can now directly upload call recordings for analyzation!

1. Open the Call Upload Page

  • In Shilo, go to Calls.

  • Click Upload to open the call upload page.

  • This is where you can add call recordings that were not automatically synced into your dialer.

2. Add an MP3 or WAV File

  • You can drag and drop a file into the upload area.

  • Or click Browse to select a file from your computer.

  • Supported file types: MP3 and WAV.

  • Use this for calls from another dialer or any call recording not connected to Shilo.

4. Fill Out the Call Details

  • After the file uploads, enter the required call information:

    • Date

    • Time

    • Call type (for example, incoming)

    • Model to grade on (typically the licensed sales model)

    • Client name

    • Phone number

  • These details help Shilo properly grade and analyze the call.

5. Save the Upload and Review It in Calls

  • Click Save to finish uploading the call.

  • The call will appear in your calls list.

  • From there, it can be graded and analyzed.

  • You can then open it later to review the results.

NOTE: If you are uploading calls that don't have a contact - create a contact in your CRM named "Shilo Integration" or similar to make it easy to find, then re-name the call when it's through!
