Keyword filters help you find calls that mention specific words or phrases. Before you can filter by a keyword, make sure the keyword exists in your Shilo settings.
Add keywords to your settings - Admin or Owner only
Open Shilo.
Go to Settings.
Open Integrations and Preferences.
Find the Keywords section.
Select Edit.
Add the words you want to search for.
Select the plus button to add each keyword.
Save your changes.
For example, if you want to find calls about a buyer agreement, you could add buyer and agreement as keywords.
Use keywords to find calls
After the keywords are saved, go back to your calls and use filters to search for calls that include those words. This can help you narrow down calls faster than searching only by source, stage, or other call filters.
Tips
Add the specific words your team actually says on calls.
Use more than one keyword when you need to narrow the results.
If a keyword does not return the calls you expected, try a related word or phrase.
If keywords are not set up yet, you may need to use other filters and review calls manually.
