Can Shilo speak different languages?

Yes! You can feel free to speak in any language you need to and Shilo will catch on. You can even switch within the call, no problem. Shilo supports 25 languages and growing!

Since Shilo uses so many languages, you are able to speak freely in whatever language the client speaks! What will happen, is the transcript will be in the original language, and the coaching will be in english - with replacement phrases in the original call language. If you would like to Role Play in a different language, you can just start and Shilo will catch on.
