Understanding the Leaderboards Page

Learn where to find the Leaderboards page, how to filter rankings by season, rating, and model, and what Legend, Silver, and Bronze tier rings mean.

Video walkthrough:

The Leaderboards page helps you see where you and your team rank across Shilo. Use it to spot standout performance, compare rankings by season, and celebrate team members who appear near the top.

Open the Leaderboards page

  1. In Shilo, go to the left navigation.

  2. Select the trophy icon.

  3. The Leaderboards page opens with the current season selected.

What the leaderboard shows

The leaderboard shows users who rank among the top users across Shilo for the selected view. The main list shows the top results for the filters you choose.

By default, the page can show average rating across all models and all calls. You can also switch the view to focus on 5-star ratings or specific call models, such as Customer Service.

Use filters to change the view

Use the filters at the top of the leaderboard to narrow what you are seeing:

  • Season: View results for the current season or another available season. In the video, Season 2 is selected.

  • Rating view: Switch between average rating and 5-star ratings.

  • Model: Filter the leaderboard by a specific model or call type when you want a more focused comparison.

What tier rings mean

You may see a ring around a user's profile picture. These rings show the user's tier, such as Legend, Silver, or Bronze.

Tier rings are not limited to the Leaderboards page. They can also appear elsewhere in Shilo, including on the Home page, so you can quickly recognize a user's tier in other areas of the app.

Best way to use Leaderboards

If someone on your team appears on the leaderboard, give them a shout-out. It means they are performing strongly within the selected leaderboard view, season, and filters.

You can also use Leaderboards during team meetings, coaching conversations, or performance check-ins to recognize wins and create friendly momentum.
