🛠 Role Play Feature Guide
Welcome to the Role Play feature—your secret weapon to leveling up your sales calls! Here’s a quick step-by-step to get you started:
Step 1: Find the Role Play Option
Navigate to your Shilo dashboard.
Click the Role Play tab on the left navigation menu.
Alternatively, open any previous call and click the Role Play button at the top.
Step 2: Start a Role Play Session
Choose a previous call that you've completed.
Click Role Play to launch the session.
Step 3: Practice and Improve
Shilo recreates the original call scenario—tonality, objections, everything!
Pause mid-call to review coaching advice, then continue to implement suggestions.
Step 4: Complete and Submit Your Call
Once finished, click End Role Play, then Submit.
Shilo grades your practice call within 30 seconds and shows your star rating.
Step 5: Compare and Grow
Review your new Role Play call compared to the original call outcome.
Easily track your improvement and see the effectiveness of your practice.
Admin & Team Leader Perks 🎯
Admins can review role plays by their team.
Share role play calls via Slack or integrate into your SOPs for easy agent training.
