This SOP outlines the steps to access, review, and analyze agent performance data within Shilo.ai. By understanding agent activities and their outcomes, managers and agents can make data-driven decisions to enhance productivity and optimize results. Follow these steps to navigate agent pages, view data, and analyze performance effectively.

Exploring Shilo's Multi-Filter Option


1. Navigating to the Filtering Options

  • Navigate to the Data Section

    • Go to the section in Shilo where you want to filter data.

    • Locate the filtering options, typically found in the upper part of the interface.


2. Applying Multiple Filters

  • Select First Filter

    • Choose the first filter criterion from the available options.

    • Example: Select agents who meet $100K in sales.

  • Select Additional Filters

    • Add more filter criteria to narrow down the data.

    • Example: Select "Group One" and "Group Two" from the team options.


3. Comparing Data with Multiple Filters

  • Filter by Stages

    • In addition to filtering by teams, you can filter by stages of the sales process.

    • Example: Choose "Active Listings" and "Met with Customer" as additional criteria.

  • Aggregate Data

    • Shilo will automatically aggregate and display data based on the selected filters.

    • Use this feature to compare different segments and gain insights.
